Peanut Butter Kiss Cookie
3 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 cup butter
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup sugar
1 cup brown sugar
2 beaten eggs
4 tbsp. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
Cream together butter, peanut butter, sugar, brown sugar, eggs, milk and vanilla. Add flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well. Roll out dough balls about the size of walnuts and place on cookie sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 7 to 8 minute in a 375° oven on center rack. Take out of oven and place a chocolate kiss on top. Bake another 1 to 2 minutes. Bake no longer than 2 minutes.
Peanut Butter Cookie
1 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup peanut butter
3 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Cream together butter, brown sugar, sugar, vanilla, eggs and peanut butter. Mix in four, baking soda and salt. Mix thoroughly. Spoon out dough and place on ungreased cookie sheet. Smash each cookie with a fork, then cross mark again. Cook at 375° for 10-12 minutes on center rack.
Peanut Butter Candy Cookie
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup butter (softened)
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 cup decorator sugar
36 bite size peanut butter cups
36 peanut halves
Cream sugar and butter in large bowl. Add egg and vanilla. Mix well. Add flour and baking powder. Mix thoroughly. Shape dough into 1 inch balls and press into mini tins lined with cups. Press into each cookie i peanut butter cup and top with 1/2 peanut. Sprinkle each cookie with decorator sugar. Bake at 375° for 9 to 11 minutes on center oven rack.
