Christmas Sugar Cookie
1/2 cup Butter
1 egg
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Cream above ingredients together, then add:
2 cups & 1 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
Mix with creamed ingredients thoroughly. Use a teaspoon to drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Mash each cookie with a fork. Bake at 350° on center rack for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
